All Brains Are Welcome Here!

What is "Neurodiversity"?

The National Symposium on Neurodiversity (2011) held at Syracuse University defined neurodiversity as "...a concept where neurological differences are to be recognized and respected as any other human variation. These differences can include those labeled with Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Dyscalculia, Autistic Spectrum, Tourette Syndrome, and others."

Join the Club!

If you are ND, suspect you might be ND, or would like to be an ND ally, you are welcome to join our club and affinity space! You do not need a formal diagnosis to join. No gatekeeping here. We will create ND-safe events (some where allies are allowed, some where they are not). We will promote equity for ND individuals on campus. We will be a support space for those in need.

If you are interested in joining this group, e-mail Adam Blank at blank@caltech.edu for more information. Feel free to use a non-Caltech email address for privacy reasons.
